Project Architect

Primary Responsibilities (Position Summary):
- Perform architectural design tasks for a wide variety of projects
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, drawings, and cost estimates
- Collaborate within the Architecture team and other disciplines
- Conduct site-visits during design and construction; generate field reports and sketches
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, contractors, and team members
- Provide design oversight and QA/QC for assigned projects
Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Architecture
- Registered Architect
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Proficiency with Revit & AutoCAD
- Comprehensive understanding of full architectural services
- Working knowledge of current International Building Codes
