Chris Oleniacz grew up in Montrose, PA, playing Soccer and Basketball. He had always been interested in the outdoors, so he decided to attend Pennsylvania College of Technology after high school graduation. He worked with Barry Wheaton during his two summer breaks at Barry’s surveying company being introduced to the wonders of land surveying. He graduated with an associate’s degree in Land Surveying & Civil Engineering and went on to work for a couple of surveying companies in New York as a crew chief for the beginning of his career. He married his wife Tanya in 2003, and they have two boys and one girl, ranging in ages from 18 to 5. They are his pride and joy. He has extensive experience with Boundary Surveying, Construction layout, and Project Management. You might not know this, but he also has experience in Wine/Harder Cider making and is the President of Lake Raylean Lake Association! He is your go-to guy if you need project help on deed research or client interaction (He is so good at talking on the phone to customers – we could all learn from him!), and we are so glad to have him at JHA!

People Matter Most because I have always lived upon the value of ‘do upon others as you would want done unto you’ and love your neighbor as yourself. Without people we don’t have a job.
My wedding ring.
A swearing parrot.
My three kids. Oh and not dying through my high school years.
