How would the world function without engineers? Thankfully, we don’t have to find out!
Every year when DiscoverE.org heads up National Engineers Week, we jump at the opportunity to highlight our licensed engineers who contribute so much, not only to our team at JHA, but to each community that benefits from their work. This year’s theme, “Creating the Future,” gave us reason to stop and consider how much we owe to engineers as they build and maintain the infrastructures of our lives.
Get to know a few of our very own below . . .

How has engineering changed throughout your career?
“The regulatory environment has steadily changed by increasing requirements over time. Technology changes have also had a significant impact changing the way we do our work. Increased use of internet and increased computer processing has changed the landscape mostly for the better.”
What excites you most about the future of engineering?
“The need for engineers has been around for thousands of years, and today we are uniquely situated to play a significant role in maintaining infrastructure and developing the future we live in for the better. We will continue to be needed long into the future.”
