Holy Ghost Distillery is a small batch craft distillery and craft cocktail bar located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. JHA Companies was originally brought on board for limited scope and to assist the owner in drafting up Land Development Plans at the Township’s request. Throughout the life of the project, the scope of services expanded to include a Zoning Plan, Landscape and Lighting plan, as well as a Low Volume Highway Occupancy Permit.

The site’s historical use had been a residential property, a real estate company building, as well as a landscape and garden supplies center. Primarily all of the infrastructure, including gas and electric utilities, septic system, constructed access, driveway, parking, and building was existing with the intent to modify as little as possible in order to expedite the submission and approval process. The only major proposed features would be the detached 2800 SF distillery along with associated parking designed to meet the Township’s Ordinances.
