Marketing and Business Development Leader
The goal of JHA is to serve our clients and each other by pursuing excellence, leading others to success, and honoring God in all that we do. JHA is seeking a full-time Marketing and Business Development Leader with a commitment to teamwork, creativity, and continuous growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote JHA, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding.
- Create compelling content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate internal marketing initiatives that highlight signature projects and celebrate team achievements.
- Organize and manage company events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
- Facilitate weekly business development meetings to drive strategy and collaboration.
- Coach and support Project Leaders in essential soft skills, such as communication and relationship building.
- Support business development efforts through networking, market research, and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Willingness and ability for frequent overnight travel
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
