Your Role:
As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee maintenance across JHA facilities and other properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Oversee Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance plans, ensuring efficient operation of JHA facilities and other properties.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring they meet budgetary and timeline goals. This involves collaborating with vendors and sub-consultants and managing resources effectively.
- Hands-On Construction: Lead some construction projects personally to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Property Management: Engage in property management activities to maintain and enhance property value.
- Fleet Management: Maintain the operational reliability of our vehicle fleet, implementing preventive maintenance schedules and addressing any issues promptly.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring the safety and security of all facilities and assets.
