Primary Responsibilities (Position Summary):
- Support engineering project leaders by monitoring deadlines, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings
- Perform administrative tasks related to project completion
- Assist with permit application, submissions, and uploads
- Review and edit project proposals for format and grammar
- Initiate contract documentation for signed proposals
- Providing support in handling client inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- proficient with MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with project accounting
- Hunger to learn, grow, and work with excellence
- Active listener and problem solver
- Team-oriented
Ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in an administration role within a professional focused organization
- Experience with public bidding process and construction administration
- Exposure with DEP permitting, DEP Onbase system, Greenport, and PA One calls
