May 10, 2022 | JHA Companies has been serving Delhi, NY as your local land surveyors and engineers since 2018 when it acquired the business of long-time surveyor Tom Leo and the records of the late Ron Mullenix in 2019. Initially located on 27 Second Street in Delhi, JHA moved into Ron Mullenix’s former office in 2019.
Today, Nik Decker and Chris Oleniacz, LS are serving the Catskill and Capital region from our office in Delhi NY. Nik has 8 years of surveying experience in New York State. His desire to serve this area of New York lead him back to JHA a little over a year ago, after a short period working for another firm in the region. During his time back with JHA Nik has built many enjoyable relationships in and around the community and he will continue being our primary point of contact for land surveying services in Delhi under Licensed Surveyor, Chris Oleniacz. Chris has been a land surveyor in New York for over 20 years. He will be involved in every boundary retracement survey that JHA performs and each will bear his professional land surveyors seal of approval.
In addition to the Professional Land Surveying services, JHA companies also provides, engineering, on lot sewage testing and design, environmental assessments, wetland delineation, GIS Mapping, and more.
