July 19, 2022 Brian Liepinis, Survey Technician working from our Montrose location, was born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania. He graduated in 2015 from Penn State Wilkes-Barre with his associate degree in Surveying Engineering Technology. After college, Brian took a job at Reilly Associates where he worked as a survey tech for two years, gaining valuable experience. He moved on to Arrow Surveying for a year before he joined the JHA team in 2018. After four years, he still enjoys his job! Brian likes the diversity of project sites, opportunities to problem-solve, and, most of all, being in the great outdoors! He appreciates working at JHA because of the company culture; he feels like a person, not a number, and there is a good work-life balance. Brian’s favorite core value is Empowered with Process because he loves having the opportunity to grow and share his skills and knowledge with other team members.
Outside of work, you can find Brian…outside! He loves to golf, hunt, ride his dirt bike, and modify his race car. Brian also recently married his wife, Taylor, in June. They have been together since 2018 and have two golden doodles, Chewie and Aspen. They enjoy hiking in the woods and visiting local wineries and breweries together.
