JHA personnel, working with the project architect, assisted the developer with the advancement of a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) public and private fueling facility project within the Marcellus shale play. This CNG public and private fueling facility project involved the development of two new CNG dispensers in a canopied, public dispensing area with an adjacent high-volume bus dispenser, and a separate high-volume secured private dispensing area, for a total of seven CNG fueling positions. The project site is located on a 2.0-acre parcel within the developer’s 103-acre complex. The aboveground CNG equipment unit will contain compressors, dyers, storage vessels and controls, and is located at the back of the public dispensing area. The electrical power and natural gas supply services for this CNG public and private fueling facility will be provided through public utility entities.
Provided Project Management for site/civil, structural, mechanical/plumbing, and electrical engineering design services associated with the development of construction plans and specifications for the grading, stormwater management, traffic control & distribution, utilities, amenities for this CNG public and private fueling facility.
