John Dubowski, PE has joined JHA Companies in our St. Clairsville, Ohio office. John brings his experience in the coordination of permitting and environmental compliance with agencies such as WV DEP, WV DOH, PA DEP, PennDOT, USACE, and US NRC, including underground development mining, subsidence mining, incremental boundary revisions, air permits, refuse impoundments, prospect permits, highway occupancy permits, and gas well plugging permits. John has also worked as a construction manager for site developments, a manager of environmental compliance, and an engineer working with commercial site developments. John is a Professional Engineer, registered in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. We welcome John to the JHA Team!
