Screening call
After receiving your resume, someone from our team will reach out for a brief call to discuss the position and qualifications.
1st Interview
At JHA, people matter most, so our first call is intended to get to know you and ensure that you are someone who will carry forth our core values.

Our discipline director will conduct a technical interview to ensure that your qualifications match our open position.
Project Team interview
At this point, we believe you're probably a cultural and technical fit. This interview is intended to dig into further technical competencies on the intended project team.
reference check
We call provided references to confirm resume information and get more background on what it's like to work with you.
Final In-Person Interview
At this stage, it's about a final meeting, in person, to make sure we are all on the same page. A verbal offer is usually extended at this time.
Written offer
Following the in-person interview, our team will extend a written offer and determine the process for onboarding.
