JHA Companies partnered with Woodloch Pines Resort to support the renovation and repurposing of an underutilized event space to accommodate the resort’s growing reservations team. With a large conference room and movie room seeing reduced guest usage in recent years, resort leadership saw an opportunity to better utilize the space by converting it into a functional office area for their expanding staff.
What specific challenges did you face during this project, and how did JHA Companies solve them?
The renovation focused on making efficient and minimally invasive alterations. The intent was to maintain flexibility in the space by using portable partitions and modular furniture, rather than constructing permanent walls. This allowed for adaptability as operational needs evolve.
