For this role, you must possess your E.I.T. certification and have the ability to sit for your P.E. test within 2-3 years. We would like you to have at least 3 years of land development project design experience with exposure to regulatory requirements as they relate to site layout, grading, erosion control, regulated waters, stormwater management, and regulatory submissions. Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred and be a graduate from a 4-year Civil Engineering or related program (B.S.). In this position, you will need to possess the ability to work closely with Project Leaders as part of a project team on a diverse set of projects, including natural gas site developments, pipelines, and commercial developments.
- Prepare and submit proposals to potential clients
- Conceptualize and develop designs for submittal to clients and governing authorities for review
- Create, analyze and modify CAD drawings for engineering projects
- Demonstrate effective time management, keeping the budget and submission deadlines in perspective
- Build relationships with current and potential clients seeking to find their areas of greatest need
